Ultimate American Sign Language Dictionary

The Ultimate American Sign Language Dictionary is the first sign language dictionary on CD-ROM to be totally accessible to deaf users. All instructions and information on the CD, including definitions, are provided in ASL video clips, as well as in text and audio. Drawings of all signs are also shown. Locate words by typing the English or by using drop-menus to describe the signs. This is a 3-CD set!
The Ultimate American Sign Language Dictionary includes over 2,700 signs and 7,000 English word equivalents. There are approximately 15,000 files of pictures, text, and video. Spell-check is available in English and parameter-check in ASL. The dictionary shows English words that share a single sign (e.g., large, big) and signs that share a single English equivalent (e.g., run).
Signs are shown in pictures and video. Words and their definitions are shown in text, video and audio. This is the only dictionary on the market that has ALL OF THE DEFINITIONS in ASL!
Help files include information about the history of ASL and English and how to use the dictionary. This is a reference MUST for every ASL user.
